Twin river casino cash slip

Without the usual incentive of some sort of house free play, I stuffed two hundred follar bills into the Quick Hit machine I have played regularly for several years. Aside from the broken self-serve drink machines at the two upstairs locations and no sight of any drink servers for over two hours, the machines were as boring and disturbingly unfair as I have ever seen them. Thinking that I was not being fair after a visit on a recent Saturday afternoon where the second floor, smoke-free slot parlor where I normally play was virtually dead, I decided to make another visit on the following Tuesday morning. Instead of doing things to make the casino more competitive and attractive to players, management has made cuts in player perks and staffing resulting in an abysmal experience when you visit.

The response of the casino to this decline has been illogical. Increased competition from Encore and MGM Springfield casinos in Massachusetts has had a negative impact on Twin Rivers' revenues like they have had on Plainridge Park in nearby Plainville.
